Auricular Medicine Evaluation

PAPERWORK
Our evaluation is based on the information given in your history/symptom list paperwork. It is IMPERATIVE that you supply a full history. Include past childhood to current symptoms, illnesses, exposures, places of residence, travel, etc. When indicating ‘when’ things occurred, give the year (and month if you remember). We do not need you to give the exact day. The reason your history is so important is that you may have been infected or exposed to something many years ago that you haven't tied to your current symptoms. (An example is a 60 yr. old client of mine who had degenerative kidney disease. The predominant cause was a result of radiation treatment she had as a teen! Your history is important!), or your symptoms can often start later as a result of an over-taxed immune system that can no longer keep up.
We REQUIRE ALL PAPERWORK BE SUBMITTED A MINIMUM OF 3 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. This allows us enough time to be able to do ‘detective’ work and determines our course of action when you come in. Our office will forward you the information you need along with links to the forms. The forms are also available on this website.
EVALUATION
The evaluation is completely non-invasive. No blood drawn here! We have clients who fall asleep during the evaluation because it is so relaxing. Clients lie on a medical exam table, face up, with pillows at the head and feet, or under their knees for comfort. The only points of contact are two (2) metal bars (one in the right hand and one sitting just below the neck) and Kerry's hand feeling the pulse of the client’s left hand. That’s it. No pain and limited contact.
The timing of your first evaluation varies. Plan on 2-2.5 hours for the initial visit. Subsequent visits can last anywhere from an hour to 1.5 hours. Paperwork and distribution of remedies adds additional time.
Once complete, you will be told the Sol formula's (Sol's) you need. Each bottle lasts about eight weeks. The Sol's are sprays. You will be instructed on how to take the sprays and in most cases, you take one spray from each bottle, three times a day. After 8 weeks, you will need a follow-up evaluation.
FOLLOW-UP EVALUATION
A follow-up evaluation is necessary at 8 weeks so we can see what changes have occurred and adjust the Sol's accordingly. This is very important so that we can keep you on what you need, and reduce or stop the ones you are clear/clearing on. It is best not to miss appointments as this will prolong the treatment, thereby increasing your cost. The follow-up is usually 1-1.5 hours plus time to finalize the Sol's and do invoicing (+.5 hr.). This process can be sped up if you arrive with a list of how much you have left in each bottle. We will take time to review what you’ve experienced over the past 8 weeks prior to the formal evaluation.
